The sign-in link didn't arrive or doesn't work

Where to look for the email, why a link can stop working, and a faster way in.

It didn’t arrive

  • Wait a minute, then check Spam or Junk. It comes from peaflow with the subject “Your peaflow sign-in link”.
  • Check the email address you typed.
  • Tap Send again (you can after 60 seconds).

It doesn’t open peaflow

  • Open the email on the iPhone where peaflow is installed. On a computer, it can’t open the app.
  • A link works once and expires after 1 hour. Ask for a new one.

A faster way

Sign in with Apple, or set a password: sign in once with a link, then open Settings → Password. See Sign in, passwords and sign-in links.
