Email support@peaflow.com. A person reads every message. You can also open Settings → Contact support in the app, or come back to this Help Center any time from Settings → Help Center.

Helpful to include

  • What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
  • The phone model and iOS version.
  • A screenshot, if you can.

Please don’t send photos of prescriptions or full medication lists by email; we can help without them.

For anything medical, ask your pharmacist or doctor.
