Missed-dose alerts
One notification to the family when a dose isn't confirmed in time, with quiet hours. Part of Plus.
If a dose isn’t confirmed by the time you choose, everyone with alerts on gets one notification. peaflow doesn’t keep nagging.
Choose when to alert
In Care, under Alert after, choose 30 min, 45 min, 1 hour or 1.5 hours after the dose time.
Who gets alerts
- Your alerts: turn your own on or off.
- The owner can turn alerts on or off for each family member.
On a “Myself” profile, alerts go to the family you invited, not to you.
Quiet hours
Turn on Quiet hours to hold alerts overnight. They follow each person’s own clock, so a brother in another time zone gets his quiet hours too.
If a dose is still unconfirmed when someone’s quiet hours end, they get the alert then, marked “Held during quiet hours”. If it was answered meanwhile, nothing is sent.
What the alert says
“Linda hasn’t confirmed the 8:00 AM medication”, with the time and the medications. Tap it to open that dose.
Missed-dose alerts are part of peaflow Plus. On the free plan, doses are still marked missed on Today.
