Cancel, restore or change your plan

Cancel through Apple, restore a purchase on a new phone, and what happens when Plus ends.

Cancel the subscription

Apple handles subscriptions, so you cancel in iPhone Settings:

  1. Open the Settings app and tap your name.
  2. Tap Subscriptions, then peaflow.
  3. Tap Cancel Subscription.

Plus stays on until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel the subscription.

Restore a purchase

On a new iPhone, or after reinstalling, open Settings → Restore purchases in peaflow while signed in to the same Apple ID.

Refunds

Refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

When Plus ends

Nothing you entered is deleted. The free plan’s limits apply again, and Plus features like missed-dose alerts and the health log stop until you subscribe again.

Family members

Plus comes with the owner’s circle, and only the owner manages it. Family members see “Plus comes with Linda’s circle; the owner manages it.”
